Welcome to the IB Web page for Glenforest S.S.
The school year has begun and our Pre IB students are comfortably settled into their grade 9 and 10 classes. At this time we will no longer be considering applications for grade 9 or 10 Pre IB Semester 1 2007. The application package for the school year 2008/09 will be available on the web early November. Please note that this year grade 8 applications for grade 9 2008 must include the final grade 7 report card and term 1 grade 8 report card.

Sept. 27 GFSS Meet the Teachers grade 9 Open House all grade 9 students and their parents/guardians are invited to see the school
Sept. 30th Next IB cheque due for Grade 11 and 12 Diploma and certificate students.
Oct. 19th Commencement - Evening
Nov. 5th PD Day - no regular classes
Nov. 15th IB Parent Information Night grade 8 students and their parents/guardians are invited to hear about the IB Program at Glenforest
Jan. 11 2008 Deadline IB applications for school year 2008/2009
Feb. 14 2008 Grade 9 and 10 Pre - IB acceptance posted
