File Management GuideThis guide is for anyone using the File Management system. This system allows you to upload files onto the school website, without risk of deletion. Another appealing feature is one's ability to upload executable files (.exe) which would otherwise be disallowed by MyClass. 1. Email an account request to gfss.webmaster@gmail.com, with a password you will use for your account. Your account username will be the last name of the owner of the account. When the information is received, be sure to record the information for later use. 2. Once your account request has been confirmed and the account has been created, enter the File Management Panel and type in the Username and Password. Be sure to type the username as you would a last name, with the first character capitalized. ![]() 3. Type the File Title of your file. If uploading a TI-83 Calculator Simulator, for instance, the title would be 'TI-83 Calculator Simulator'. ![]() 4. Click the 'Browse...' button. Select the file you would like to upload by double-clicking. Please note that files with file sizes greater than 25MB will not upload on the web server. ![]() 5. Repeat Step 4 in the trailing File Title/File Location fields if there are any other files to be uploaded. 6. Press 'Upload File(s)' at the bottom of the page to upload all files indicated. ![]() 7.
